RIYADH: Diriyah Co. signed an agreement with the Shraka Association on Tuesday to extend support to individuals with disabilities.
The partnership aims to promote cooperation between the two entities, with a focus on training, recruitment, and skill development for individuals with disabilities in order to create employment opportunities.
The signing ceremony was attended by Abdullah Al-Othman, chief human capital officer at Diriyah Co., and Bandar bin Ali Al-Harbi, executive director of the Shraka Association.
Al-Harbi said: “This partnership underscores Diriyah Company’s commitment to promoting inclusivity and supporting individuals with disabilities.
“We believe that everyone deserves an equal opportunity to grow in the workplace, and the collaboration with the Shraka Association is a significant step towards realizing this vision.”
He added: “Together, we aim to create a more inclusive society where the talents and potential of all individuals are recognized and valued.”
Group CEO of Diriyah Co. Jerry Inzerillo said: “This partnership with Shraka Association aligns with the Diriyah Company’s mission to foster effective partnerships with social institutions and companies, ultimately facilitating the seamless integration of individuals with disabilities into various sectors.
“Diriyah Company’s commitment to social responsibility and support for individuals with disabilities is expected to draw on Shraka Association’s efforts, to grow opportunities for people with disabilities to obtain jobs.”
The Shraka Association will sponsor career opportunities and provide valuable consultations to the Diriyah Co.
As part of its commitment to social responsibility, Diriyah Co. will actively work to increase employment opportunities for people with disabilities.
This initiative aligns with Diriyah’s broader efforts to support individuals with disabilities, which include awareness campaigns, education, training, and employment initiatives, all of which are part of its community responsibility policy.
